Raising $$$ for a cause close to your heart? Whether it's a race you're competing in, a school fundraiser, or extra cash for your travel lax team, MaGerk's has the solution for you... Friday Night FUNdraisers!
All you have to do is promote your event and collect the money!
Fundraisers are held from 7-10 pm on Friday nights on our upper level, which is reserved exclusively for your group. Our upper level can accommodate up to 100 people. We do request a minimum of 20 guests for your event.
YOU set a cover fee (most people find $3-10 pp to be agreeable), which YOU KEEP FOR YOUR CHARITY!
WE will provide the venue, staff, and your choice of a keg of beer for the group (in addition to drink specials), or a platter of food (also in addition to drink specials). Therefore, for a nominal door fee, your guests will enjoy inexpensive food and drinks on a night they’d normally be out anyway.
If you choose, you may ‘step it up a notch;’ running a 50/50 raffle, collecting door prizes for raffle tickets or auctions, etc. This is up to you; we do recommend it for maximum funds raised though.
**If you’d prefer to NOT have a keg or food donation, MaGerk’s will donate 10% of the sales from your party to your organization**
